What is The Path to Wholeness?
As you go through life you can endure many traumas and situations that cause you pain and confusion. Your self-defense mechanism to survive and live in the physical world may be to send that part of you that is in pain into the Spirit world for safe-keeping. Another way that you may have dealt with the trauma was to repress a part of yourself, causing you to lose touch with that part. The more separated you become from that part the more depleted your life essence becomes, and you can end up feeling fatigued with a lack of passion for life. How many times do you say, “I shouldn’t have reacted that way” or “I have to stop acting like that.” So you try even harder to suppress that behavior or push it away. Unfortunately that just causes it to happen again and again in reoccurring patterns that continue to limit you and cause you pain. By becoming more whole you are able to make better decisions and set better boundaries in your life. You can find the joy within and live a courageous life, being who you choose to be.
Can you answer yes to any of the following questions:
- Are you feeling powerless?
- Do you wish you had more confidence?
- Do you experience low self-esteem?
- Do you have a lack of energy? Are you lethargic and/or have no passion in your life?
- Do you feel anxious and filled with anxiety and fear?
- Are you unable to set good boundaries or unable to say no to others?
- Do you have a chronic illness or chronic fatigue syndrome?
- These are often indications of power and/or soul loss.
If you answered yes to any of the questions above this will be a very good process for you. If you want the ability to set better boundaries and feel empowered to make those life changes that you choose. This process will help you to find the magic in life and that true happiness and joy from within that will enhance your life.
